Mr. Morrison has served as a County alternate to the Shoreline Hearing Board since 1987. He is a Senior Planner with Thurston Regional Planning Council. Mr. Morrison is a 1974 graduate with honors from Huxley College at Western Washington University in Environmental Planning. In 1985 he received a Masters degree in Public Administration from The Evergreen State College, where he has taught as an adjunct faculty for seven years. His areas of expertise are in shorelines, wetlands and critical areas regulations.
