After engaging In commercial And real estate litigation With a Private firm, she joined the King County Prosecuting Attorneys Office, Civil Division In 1983. As a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Judge Macleod represented King County In land use And environmental matters. Upon moving To Olympia In 1987, she pursued land use, real estate And commercial practice With a Private firm Until beginning With the Office of the Attorney General, Revenue Division In 1989. Judge Macleod Is a certified mediator With training In large group facilitation.
