Hedia Adelsman was appointed to the Hydraulic Appeals Board in 1988 (?). Ms Adelsman is a Senior Policy Advisor with the Washington Department of Ecology. She has over 25 years of extensive and diverse experience in natural resources, environmental and water resources management. Ms Adelsman served for four years on the Governor's Salmon Recovery Team. She was Special Assistant for Land Use and Regulatory Programs at the Department of Ecology and she also managed the Water Resources Program within the Department for seven years. Ms Adelsman is a graduate of the College of St. Thomas--Master of Business Administration; the University of Minnesota-Master of Science in Agriculture and Applied Economics; and the University of Tunis, Tunisia -Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering. Ms Adelsman was raised in Tunis, Tunisia.
