Mr. Chilberg has served in a number of rolls during his career. He has extensive experience in State and local government, both elected and in appointed positions.

His experience includes:

• Elected Spokane County Treasurer (1983 – 1993 and 2007 – present)
• Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer (December 2004 – August 2006)
• Member, Eastern Washington Growth Management Hearings Board (June 1995 – October 2004)
  • Appointed by the Governor for a nine-year term
• Consultant for the U.S. Treasury Department (June, 1998 – September, 2000)
• Elected Spokane County Commissioner (January 1993 – June 1995)
• Former Idaho State Budget Director
