Mr. May was appointed to the Forest Practices Appeals Board in 2001. Mr. May is an attorney practicing in Spokane Washington. His practice focuses on civil litigation including bankruptcy, injury, real estate, natural resources, environmental and land use cases. Mr. May is a 1973 graduate of Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In 1976 Mr. May received a degree in law at the University of South Dakota Law School.
